Introduction

These Terms govern your use of the NoFiller app. By using NoFiller, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

App license

NoFiller is licensed, not sold. Your use of the app is also subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) and applicable App Store rules. You may use NoFiller only for lawful, personal purposes on Apple devices you own or control.

Your recordings and content

You retain responsibility for recordings, custom topics, and other content you create or share through NoFiller. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to record and share that content, including the consent of anyone else who appears or can be heard in a recording.

Do not use NoFiller to violate the law, infringe another person's rights, harass others, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the app, or reverse engineer the app except where applicable law expressly permits it.

Subscriptions and free access

NoFiller may offer free rounds and auto-renewing weekly, monthly, or yearly subscriptions. Current prices and billing periods are shown before purchase. Payment is charged through your Apple Account. Unless canceled, a subscription renews automatically under the terms shown by Apple at purchase.

You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple's policies. Deleting NoFiller does not cancel a subscription.

Free-round limits, subscription features, and prices may change prospectively. Changes will not reduce access already owed during a paid subscription period, except where required for security, legal compliance, or service availability.

App results and availability

NoFiller provides automated transcription, filler-word detection, scoring, and speaking feedback for general practice and entertainment. Results may be incomplete or inaccurate and are not professional, educational, medical, employment, or other expert advice.

The app and its features are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. NoFiller does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, preservation of locally stored recordings or data, or any particular speaking outcome.

Intellectual property

NoFiller, including its software, design, branding, and included content, is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of NoFiller or grant rights beyond the limited license above.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, revenue, profits, or opportunities arising from your use of NoFiller. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Suspension and termination

Your permission to use NoFiller ends if you materially violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time; uninstalling the app does not cancel an active subscription.

Changes

These Terms may be updated prospectively as NoFiller changes. The effective date above will be revised when updated Terms are published. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
