So much of modern software is built to capture us — to hold our attention a little longer, and to leave us a little emptier. We started Thendrils because we believe it doesn't have to be that way. There is a space where technology, and even AI, is designed in service of the people who use it — to help them grow, focus, and live more fully.

AI and technology can be shaped toward what is good — tools that encourage the best in us rather than exploit the worst. That possibility is worth building toward.

We build things that make life better, not the opposite.

Every app we make is measured by a simple question: does this leave someone's life richer, calmer, and more human? If it doesn't, we don't ship it.

How We Work

We're a small, independent studio, and we like it that way. It lets us care about the details — craft, beauty, privacy, and respect for your attention — and build software we'd be glad to hand to the people we love.
