Privacy Policy

Introduction

NoFiller is a speaking-practice app. This policy explains how information is handled when you use NoFiller.

Information handled on your device

With your permission, NoFiller accesses your camera, microphone, and speech-recognition services to record a speaking round, create a transcript, identify filler words, calculate a score, and prepare a video for preview or sharing.

Recordings, audio, transcripts, scores, custom topic banks, and free-round usage are processed and stored locally on your device. NoFiller does not upload your recordings, audio, transcripts, scores, or custom topics to the app developer. Content leaves the app only when you choose to share or export it using iOS.

Subscriptions and third-party services

NoFiller uses Apple StoreKit and RevenueCat to offer, process, restore, and manage subscriptions. Apple and RevenueCat may receive purchase and entitlement information, an anonymous app-user or device identifier, app and device information, and diagnostics needed to provide and support subscriptions. Their handling of information is governed by their own policies:

NoFiller does not use advertising SDKs, sell personal information, or track your activity across other companies' apps or websites.

Retention and deletion

Local app data remains on your device until it is removed by the app, iOS, or you. You can delete local NoFiller data by deleting the app. Shared or exported copies must be deleted from the destination where you saved or shared them.

Apple and RevenueCat retain subscription and transaction information according to their policies and applicable legal obligations. NoFiller does not provide user accounts and therefore does not maintain a separate user-profile database.

Your choices

You can revoke camera, microphone, or speech-recognition permission at any time in iOS Settings. Some app features will not work without the permissions they require. You can manage or cancel a subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings and restore eligible purchases from within the app.

Children's privacy

NoFiller is not directed to children under 13, and the app developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

This policy may be updated when NoFiller's features or data practices change. The effective date above will be revised when an update is published.
