Personal Information You Provide

When you use our App, we may collect:

  • Account Information: Email address, name, and profile photo when you sign in with Google
  • Onboarding Preferences: Age range, religious denomination, reading preferences

Information Stored Locally

The following data is stored only on your device and is not collected or transmitted to our servers:

  • User Content: Notes, highlights, and annotations you create
  • Generated Media: AI-generated images and videos you create

Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage Data: Features used, content viewed, reading progress
  • Device Information: Device type, operating system, app version
  • Analytics Data: Crash reports and performance metrics

How We Use Your Information

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the App
  • Process your subscription and manage your account
  • Personalize your reading experience
  • Generate AI-powered images and videos
  • Respond to support requests
  • Comply with legal obligations

AI-Generated Content and Your Data

When you generate content using AI features (such as images or videos), the scripture text you select is transmitted to third-party AI providers solely to generate the requested output. We do not store, log, or reuse this text on our servers.

We do not use user content to train AI models.

Third-Party Service Providers

We share information with:

  • Supabase — Authentication and database (https://supabase.com/privacy)
  • RevenueCat — Subscription management (https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy)
  • Third-party AI providers — AI image/video generation (scripture text is sent solely to generate requested content and is not stored or used for training)

Data Storage and Security

  • Data stored securely on Supabase servers
  • Industry-standard encryption (AES-256)
  • Row-level security ensures you only access your own data

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time through Settings, which will permanently remove all your data.

Your Rights

  • Access: View your personal information in Settings
  • Correction: Update your profile at any time
  • Deletion: Delete your account and all data via Settings
  • GDPR/CCPA: Exercise your data rights by contacting us

Children's Privacy

The App includes a Kid-Friendly Mode with PIN protection. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Parents can enable Kid-Friendly Mode to filter content.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of changes by updating the “Last Updated” date and, for significant changes, by in-app notification.
